5. All refunds are to in-store credit to be used the following 3 months, after this time the refund is not valid and you will have a 15% in any purchase.

If hat or ítem has a defect or Factory issue, we will exchane it, but if the issue is due the color, shape or feather color, Shell or any organic piece attached to the hat or ítem, the refund does not apply cause all natural and organic pieces we use may vary in color or shapes. This apply to the Straw also that may come in different colors, because its an organic fabric and sometimes the Straw is Green and with time changes to yellow or Brown, but this process its part of mother nature.
7. The return fees: client pays shipping and if the hat is damaged when we receive it, we can keep the hat, cause we cant sell it again damaged and we need to manufacutre another piece in propper conditions that looks like new.
8. Return process: read the full return policy, send us a mail saying what is wrong and what you would like to do, give us options of other ítems you like, sizes and other options to Exchange the ítem in case we dont have the size you are looking for, and if this is the case you need to pick another ítem cause we dont make massive products, and ítems sell very fast, so pick other options to Exchange ítem and get a refund directly. Remember the shipping is paid by buyer, unless the ítem has a mayor manufacture defect.
9. Malosa team decides if the ítem is valid for return or refund in store credit.
10. All ítems are checked before packaging for quality purposes by our team and by gestor of quality so its almost imposible to receive a product with an issue, problem or defect.your original purchase.
